Payment Dates : Fees are payable in two installments – Payment 1 due September 15, 2017 and Payment 2 due January 15, 2018.
Payment Methods : Fees may be paid by cash, cheque or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). To pay by cheque, both the September 15 and January 15 cheques must be submitted to us by September 1, 2017. To pay by credit card, please ensure that you have entered your credit card information and billing address under the PARENT LOGIN heading on the website – go to “My Account”. Credit card information is securely encrypted. If you provide a credit card, it will be charged on September 15, 2017 and January 15, 2018. The amounts for the 2 payments can be found by logging into your account through the Parent Login page.
Registration Fee : There is a $20 non-refundable registration fee per student which is payable with Payment 1 due September 15, 2017.
Refunds : Any student who withdraws from a class before October 15, 2017 will be charged a withdrawal fee of $50 and will be refunded a pro-rated amount of the Payment 1 paid, plus all of Payment 2. Any student who withdraws from a class after October 15, 2017 and before January 15, 2018 will be refunded only Payment 2. No refunds will be issued after January 15, 2018.
NSF Charge : There is a $25 fee for any cheque returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.
Late Payment Charge : Overdue accounts will be assessed interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) after 30 days.
